Asking for and applying customer feedback has always been a core part of Condo Control’s business approach.

Your experiences, ideas, and suggestions are so important to us that we decided to create a customer feedback portal.  

The portal is accessible from inside Condo Control, and is available to all customers. To access the portal, just click the Lightbulb Icon on the top menu bar.

There you will find a designated space for you to log suggestions, submit new feature requests, and vote for ideas from other clients. It also provides a forum for Condo Control to respond to feedback and provide updates as client ideas make their way through our development process.
